Small plates  are just right for cookies, olives, nuts or little collections of special somethings. They snuggle handily on a desk with a snack while working and cheerfully grace a table for discrete desserts and other tasty tidbits. And, they can stack to save space. Some are made on the wheel. Others are part of my "undisposable" series -- so named because they are formed from only-use-once paper plates.
